Thomas has been admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1987. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Thomas is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyer’s Association and has been a member of the Philadelphia and Delaware County Bar Associations.
